BJP National President JP Nadda, who addressed the enthusiastic crowd, shared that the Delhi Cabinet has set aside a massive Rs 5,100 crore to implement this vital scheme. He applauded Chief Minister Rekha Gupta for her commitment to enhancing women’s lives through financial assistance.

Ram Lata, a 38-year-old housewife from Mukherjee Nagar, shared her thoughts, describing the monthly allowance as a dream come true. “This support is invaluable for women like me who do not have an income. I plan to use this money to meet my children’s needs,” she said.
Excitement was palpable as another participant, Madhuri Yadav, articulated her joy. “When the scheme was announced, we all felt immense happiness. I hope the disbursement starts soon. I want to use the first installment for charity as a gesture of thankfulness to God, while the following amounts will help with my personal expenses.”
Women’s sentiments were echoed by many present, who underscored the scheme’s importance in facilitating economic independence. Many expressed hope that the government would promptly streamline the disbursement process to begin realizing their benefits.
A house helper, Ramlata, 42 years old, mentioned, “I work in multiple homes but only earn Rs 3,000 per month. This scheme will significantly ease my financial burden, allowing me to reduce my workload without losing any income. I just wish the funds are released quickly.”
Several prominent politicians attended the launch, including Delhi BJP Co-Incharge Alka Gurjar and Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, showcasing the government’s commitment to empowering women.
