Training for School Heads to Lead the Scheme
All school heads of Delhi government schools will attend a required one-day orientation between July 21 and 24, 2025. Organized by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), this training gets principals and school leaders ready to carry out the scheme well. Curriculum Structure: From Ideas to Startups

Every school will set up a School Innovation Council (SIC) led by the principal or school head. SICs promote innovation among students and organize activities such as the Startup Stormers competition for students from Class 9 and above. Integration with Modern Technology and Existing Resources
Students will get access to Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs) and other STEM tools including 3D printers, IoT kits, AI and Robotics equipment, and LEGO kits. Decentralized Governance for Smooth Implementation
To make sure the rollout and monitoring go well, District Innovation Councils (DICs) and Zonal Innovation Councils (ZICs) will supervise the scheme locally. Nodal schools are assigned for coordination and reporting within each district and zone. Deputy Directors of Education (DDEs) will oversee the program’s implementation, making sure there is accountability at every level.
