  3. If you are an employee, you can also upload your Universal Account Number (UAN) on the UMANG App to claim your incentive.
  4. Make sure the employment lasts for at least six months to stay eligible for the benefits.

Who Can Apply for PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana

If you want to benefit from this scheme, you should know who qualifies. The scheme covers all employers and first-time employees in India. Part A is for first-time employees earning gross wages up to
75,000 per month, while Part B is for employers who create new jobs.

Employers must hire at least two new employees if they have fewer than 50 existing workers, or five new employees if they have 50 or more, and keep these jobs for at least six months. Even establishments exempted under the EPF & MP Act, 1952, can apply.

Benefits for First-Time Employees under Part A

First-time employees can get a one-time incentive equal to an average one-month wage (Basic DA) of up to
7,000. This amount is paid in two instalments, giving you financial support as you start your new job.

Employer Incentives under Part B

Employers get monthly incentives for each new employee hired, whether a first-timer or someone re-joining, for at least six months. The scheme runs for two years, with an extension up to four years for manufacturing companies.
